To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor driveways/parking areas of this home are monitored by video camera. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers.
**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. Guests will also be provided with 8 wristbands (max amount allowed). Guests must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. The second parking pass is for general parking and is 'first come first served.
Only two parking passes provided with one guaranteed numbered spot. Spend your evenings on the balcony overlooking the Comal River after a long day of tubing or just relax and enjoy the amazing view! All linens are furnished. The entrance to Schlitterbahn is about a block away making it easy to go in and out of the waterpark with young children. The river outfitters are easily accessible since they park their shuttles across the street from the condo. You are located near the last public tube exit. As a guest in this unit, you have exclusive river access in and out of the Camp Warnecke Estates complex to enjoy a float on the Comal River.

For any reservation outside of that time period, the Rockin' R shop is located only. Rockin' R is a local tube outfitter which can pick up in the parking lot next to Camp Warnecke between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Bridge for a soothing 30 minutes of “Cruising down the River” – perfect for the little ones. Enjoy Schlitterbahn located just across the street, float the Comal River and get out just steps away from your own backdoor or walk up to the Garden St. This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo overlooks the crystal clear Comal River. The perfect location for your family vacation. This fabulous second floor 3/2 condo at Camp Warnecke Estates is on the banks of the beautiful Comal River across the street from Schlitterbahn an easy walk to the downtown shops, bars and restaurants.
